My Philosophy
Horses show us who we are when we drop our mask and meet life with honesty and softness. Equus Coaching, to me, is a sacred meeting place – where humans and horses come together in truth. In the stillness beside a horse, we rediscover our wholeness.
My Experience
Horses have always been my greatest teachers - in silence, wise beings who speak the language of presence. In their company I am reminded to slow down to breathe and to listen beneath the noise of thought.
